Have you ever catch a tune in your head from oldies collection and you don't know the title. You keep searching the song based on tune that you keep remember for years yet no avail. How long does it take you to actually meet the song again?
In my case, it take me 7 years of my life to actually meet back with the old tune i use to listen during my secondary school. The song title "Maria" sang by Blondie. Yurp, the old Blondie from 70's. This song had been produced in 1999 but in some way i been hearing this song for more than a decade. Perhaps Blondie's touch really give you the old school feeling. I must say the most catchy part of this song really about its chorus.
Link: Blondie (band) & Maria (song)
This song was covered by Kim Ah Joong in the South Korean film 200 Pounds Beauty and also by a Korean band, Loveholic.
Wanna 'taste' some of Maria's chorus?

Movie! Movie! Movie!
National Treasure 2: Book Of Secrets.
One of my most anticipated movie this year. I'm so in love with the first installment which challenge my intellectual and knowledge about american history. well, i know very little about american history thus the first installment really intrigue me to read more about it. history is always an interesting area to be venture in intellectually. Knowing what in the past equipped you for unknown future.
And not to mentioned, i almost in love with Jerry Bruckheimer's movies. Since "Remember The Titan", Jerry Bruckheimer produce quite an interesting movie. Not to mention, i dig to watch Nic Cage.
This installment basically on Gates' great grandfather which being accused to involve with Lincoln Assasination. Lincoln being known as first America President being assasinated. His policy on banning slavery create the Civil War in America which see Confederate and Union fight with each other. For those who interested, you could start from Abraham Lincoln and then go in depth with Civil War, Union, Confederate, and pretty much interesting things will appear.
Gates as a genius in riddle solving and american history will pouring all his best to discover all clues and solving the riddle. What intrigue me most is when they gone for Buckingham Palace in England. I know that America is a British colony but to think that the history traced back to Britain, it must be one hell of connection. It's also involved Area 51 (Wikipedia it anyway) and John F. Kennedy (Wikipedia also, he's one great American President) which written in President's Secret Books. Wow...i so want to watch it eventhough it might not be factually right.
Ah...it had been few month since i last watch movie in cinema. My last movie was Rattatoule (shit, i'm freaking lazy to google it anyway so pardon the spelling). So, who's with me for this movie?
Another might-be-good-to-watch movies: Atonement (sizzling Keira Knightly's movie), Warlords, I Am Legend (Will Smith's movie) and Alvin and The Chipmunks.
Anyway, Selamat Hari Raya AidilAdha and Merry Christmas. I will be in KL for both celebrations. Chiaow~!

What is love for?
I remember watching few doramas and movies back in university days. You see, i'm truly love japanese dorama as i already been hooked up with JDo since i was in secondary school. My first JDo would be GTO - Great Teacher Onizuka. GTO really touching my emotion and as a man who freaking stubborn, i do have my *sob* moment when i watch GTO.
Growing up watching JDo, the anticipation for more JDo grew rather tremendous as i got my own PC. even when i'm not getting my own PC, i would patiently waiting in front of TV during weekend (during high school) to watch my favorite JDo. I even pick a fight with my schoolmate when they tried to annoy us, the JDo lover.
Along the way watching JDo, i realize JDo really put me in emotional state. Whether it's a happy JDo, a sad JDo, a hopeless JDo, i would cruise along with the feeling of main role. the effect so great, i could barely forget about my favorite JDo and how they make me feel.
After i got myself into messy thing called love, JDo become a powerful emotional treatment for me. Truly, when i watch Densha Otoko (the Train Man), i feel what Densha feels. i know it feel to be hopeless, crying over the one you love yet showing a strong face in front of others. More and more hopeless romantic, sappy love dorama filling my harddisk and i can't get my eyes from it. i'm feeling so invincible after watching JDo cause i feel like i'm being doped. the feeling JDo give me so real, i could live with just that feeling. I could crave for more, keep feeding my emotion.
When i think of it, i'm such a hard face. I rarely shows how i truly feel cause i think the world couldn't handle it. i rather an emotional man. but i appear cool. i appear strong. i appear emotionless. i'm sick, i know that. and while watching JDo, all those feeling breaking out. all those sadness, hopelessness, emotions which i rather not let people know outbreak within me.
and sometimes i wonder, whether i do TRULY feel like i want to be loved or is it just i need the dope of feeling and emotion to be filled by something else beside JDo? i kinda getting tired of this question. Sometimes, i said things i never intend to say, not the one hurt your feeling but the one who will make you flattered. sometimes i do mean it, sometimes i don't. and even i, myself couldn't define when the feeling is real and when the feeling is fake. sometimes, i feel nothing. i say it cause it's proper and it's something you should say in certain situation. to be fitting with environment, to not be isolated.
and love, is something i dunno what for. i live by purpose. for something i couldn't see where it could bring me to, i rather not go into it. sometimes i feel that i just fall in love because everybody does that. everybody do fall in love, so i think i need one. even if i dunno what the purpose of it.
btw, what is love for?

Bercerai
Lately i got a strange feeling. Life is drifting away from my fingers. It's running so fast, when i blink, everything seems so strange the next second. it's just me or is it the things around me change so fast?
am by nature not so friendly with people but i do keep in touch with people i care. i will at least wish them on their birthday but lately, i not even drop any testimonial/message at their friendster, let alone sms them. Gosh, what got into me which make me like this.
i keep thinking that work keep me away from my precious friends but i guess if you're just a plain lazy stupid ass like me, nothing will cure that. I miss lots of birthday this year, Raja, Adek, Narulle, and few more. i only realize when i flip through their friendster page/blog. i don't even bother to check my email, i'm getting less and less comment/testimonial, getting along with friends less and less, so what the heck am i doing in past few month?
I guess i'm pretty much spending time surfing for JDo, or just sleep, or just too plain lazy to check my friendster. And even this blog being neglected for quite some time. ish....i'm guilty for this.
and when i'm outpouring this, i'm just stuck. shit, i got no more to say. daaa.
-----------------------------------
my life become plain and mundane. shit!!

Autumn JDo
Kitaa~~!! (Read: It's coming)
Ok, eventhough it's almost end of autumn but i still love to review few doramas i got my hand into. For autumn doramas, there are few eagerly awaited doramas like Dream Again, Galileo and Iryu 2 but nevertheless there are also few doramas capture my attention. So, let's roll!!
Title: Galileo
Synopsis:
In "Galileo," Fukuyama Masaharu plays a genius physicist and university associate professor, Yukawa Manabu, who solves difficult mysteries. Affectionately known as Tantei Galileo, Yukawa is brilliant, an all-round sportsman, tall and handsome but eccentric. Yukawa's partner is a rookie cop, Utsumi Kaoru played by Shibasaki Kou. She is hot-blooded and has a strong sense of justice. -- jade_frost
Lol, i'm freaking lazy to write the synopsis. By rating (in Kanto area - Tokyo and above), it receive quite a warm rating from viewer. I guess the main factor is the cast (main and minor one quite a reputable a.k.a big name) and famous novel adaptation which make people really anticipated the live action version. Nevertheless, it's quite an enjoyable dorama.
Title: Iryu 2
Synopsis:
In Iryu 2, Asada Ryutaro wages a new battle against the realities of Japan's medical care system. The government has drafted legislation to tackle the recent inflation of medical fees; hospitals have entered an era in which they will go bankrupt if they aren't independently run. At the same time, hospital mergers and takeovers are also taking place. Additionally, the obstetrics and pediatrics departments are being closed in succession, and there are inadequate doctors in the region - issues that are closely related to these hospital management problems. Now, hospitals, like the average corporation, face collapse if they are not profitable. -- jade_frost
Asada Ryutaro is back with more complicated situation. It's damn entertaining and heart moving to watch this dorama. The score is great, storyline freaking brilliant and suitable cast. Continue from first installment of Iryu, the second installment go in depth with far complicated case than the first season which solely on Batista. A great journey and i so in love with Kataoka -san!!! hahaha.
Title: Dream Again
Synopsis:
This original series stars Takashi Sorimachi as the pro baseball player Shunsuke Ogi, who is forced to retire after a shoulder injury. He continues to train in hope of returning to the game, but a sudden accident leads to his death. God decides to give him a second chance, placing his soul into the body of another man - a wealthy fund company manager - but adjusting to his new life isn't easy... --Tokyograph
Takashi Sorimachi would be my all time favorite J-Actor. He's so charismatic which seeing you couldn't possibly hate him. In this dorama, he's so cool!! This dorama hopefully would be much better than Hotman 2 (which i don't finish watching since the theme freaking repetitive with nothing much different conflict with Hotman). The score is quite great, finely put you into sad emotion.
Title: Yukan Club
Synopsis:
Shochikubai Miroku (Akanishi Jin) is the son of a police commissioner (father) and also a traveller (mother). Miroku has lots of connections and is a very good fighter. His interest is his motorcycle. Kikumasamune Seishiro (Yokoyuma Yu) is the rich son of a large hospital. He also fights as well as Miroku. He is a good fighter with smarts. Bido Granmarie (Taguchi Junnosuke) is the son of a Swedish ambassador. He's also a playboy, dating many girls at once. Granmarie can't see himself going steady because he thinks the world can't handle it. Kenbishi Yuri (Minami) is the rich daughter of a world-renowned president of the Kenbishi Business. She loves to indulge on eating. She's also a good fighter, but can never beat Seishiro. Hakushika Noriko (Kashii Yu) is the daughter of a famous japanese painter (father) and her mother is from a tradition tea ceremony family. Her only hate is men and can get very violent when they touch her. Kizakura Karen (Suzuki Emi) lives with her mother, a rich jewel dealer. Her dream is to marry into a rich family using her attractive body and style.
Title: Mop Girl
Synopsis:
Kitagawa plays the part of the slow but hardworking Momoko, a low-ranking employee at a funeral services company who carries a mop as part of her job. However, Momoko happens to possess a strange ability. Whenever she comes across the corpse of someone who has left strong feelings behind, she travels back in time to save that person from his or her fate. --Tokyograph
If you ask me why i watch this dorama, i would say it's because of the main cast. Kitagawa Keiko is damn cute!!! For those who watching Sailormoon (live action version), she's the Sailor Mars. The storyline not so bad, but another factor for me watching this dorama must be the score. Sawajiri Erika sings the main OST. I expect it not to be so good but it turns out great. Quite rocking! Nevertheless, it's an enjoyable dorama with Sakai Ayana (love her in Ace Wo Nerae and Jotei) made an appearance as a bitchy popular figure. Yeah, it's suite her very much and that's what i love about her.
Title: Utahime
Synopsis:
Koizumi Akira, a son of a popular songstress, travels to a small-town cinema in far-off Kochi Prefecture to watch the closing movie before the theatre shuts its doors forever. The movie takes place in the same village but during the Showa 30s (1950s), in the years following the war. The story follows a young soldier who washes ashore on the beach one day, having lost his memory. He is "adopted" by the family who owns the village cinema and given the name Shimanto Taro. Although his past remains a mystery, Taro becomes good friends with many of the villagers, discovering his love for movies and falling in love with a feisty young girl.
Nagase Tomoya never failed to make me laughing my ass out. This dorama starring Nagase Tomoya as main cast. An acceptable dorama but rather slow in progressing in storyline. I picking up this dorama for Nagase Tomoya and S-Project subbing it (siantut - the one who subbed Nodame Cantabile and Karei Naru Ichizoku). Must be some reason for S-Project to picking up this dorama for their subbing project which most of the time impress me (storyline, cast or jokes in it).
Okies, eventhough some people might not appreciate this post much (am i the only one crazy about JDo?) but as promised, i will still post about new JDo here. hehehe. till then, i'm checking out!

This dorama is a high school dorama which so comical. Shut down your brain and enjoy the comical acting, you would love this dorama. Just like Yamada Taro Monogatari (last season dorama), this dorama give you pure entertainment without added value. Nevertheless, i dig into this dorama for Suzuki Emi (i'm so love her in Gal Circle) and Kashii Yu (love her in My Boss, My Hero). Else, i just need to find something to kill my time. hahaha.Title: Mop Girl
